Throughout his career, Richard has provided services to a diverse clientele, including large and mid-size corporate clients, high-growth biotech companies, and the outsourcing sector. Having previously co-founded a global life sciences executive search and recruitment firm, he was pivotal in shaping, implementing and executing the company's global growth strategy, which eventually resulted in its acquisition.
Richard also works as a Non Executive Director to a number of different companies and is passionate about mentoring, advising, and supporting early-stage businesses with ambitions for accelerated growth and long-term sustainability, At Capitaux, he leverages his extensive background to foster innovation and excellence in executive search and recruitment.
